The upgrade will be completed once the network’s nodes finish upgrading. A short while before that time, Zero Hash will halt all activities on the Arbitrum blockchain, as the network will be unavailable during the upgrade period, which is expected to last between 2 - 4 hours. Once the upgrade is completed, Zero Hash will re-enable the activity.
