Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled Maintenance - Database Upgrade [PROD] Apr 20, 2026 10:00-11:00 UTC

Zero Hash will undergo maintenance on Monday, April 20 at 10:00 UTC to upgrade our databases in the PROD environment. The estimated duration of this upgrade is 1 hour.

All domains in the PROD environment will be unavailable during this time, including the following endpoints: /liquidity, /convert_withdraw, /withdrawals, /deposits, /accounts, /fund, /participants, /rewards, /awards.

Additionally, our FIX gateways will be unavailable as well.

During this maintenance period, all withdrawals, trades, account funding transactions, ACH transactions, and participant onboardings will not be able to be initiated. Any in-progress transactions (deposits and withdrawals) at the start of this maintenance will be completed following the maintenance period.

All services will return to full functionality at the conclusion of this maintenance window.

Resolved - The incident has been resolved. All impacted withdrawals have been reprocessed.

Update - We are continuing to work on a the fix deployment. There was an issue with the end testing and we are now taking a different approach to release the fix as soon as possible.

The impact is specifically affecting all withdrawals including those initiated via the /convert_withdraw/execute and /payments endpoints. Once the deployment is fully complete, we will execute a replay of all affected transactions to automatically process any withdrawals that were stalled or dropped during this window.

We will provide another update as soon as the deployment is finished and the reprocessing has begun. Thank you for your continued patience.

Identified - We are investigating an issue causing elevated 404 error rate on our /withdrawals/requests endpoint.

The root cause has been identified and we are working on a fix. We will keep you posted with the progress. Once root cause is fixed we will reprocess all pending withdrawals.

Identified - A fix has been implemented. The convert_withdraw endpoint is operational again.

There is a backlog of withdrawals affected by the incident that are returning 404 on GET /withdrawals/requests endpoint. We are continuing to work on rectifying these.

Identified - We are aware of a delay of processing BTC crypto withdrawals. We are actively investigating the issue with our MPC provider, and will provide updates as soon as we can. Impacted transactions will be confirmed on-chain automatically following issue resolution.
