Zero Hash Scheduled Infrastructure Maintenance [PROD] Apr 21, 2024 18:00-18:45 CDT
Zero Hash will undergo maintenance on Sunday, April 21st at 11pm UTC to upgrade our caching infrastructure in our PROD environment. The duration of this upgrade will be ~45 minutes.

This will impact all domains in the PROD environment and you may experience intermittent errors on our API during this time. These errors can be safely retried.

Following maintenance, it is expected that all services will return to full functionality.

Partial Outage on /convert_withdraw and /withdrawals Endpoints
Resolved - We have seen our /convert_withdraw, /withdrawals/estimate_network_fee, and /withdrawals/locked_network_fee endpoints return to normal and transactions are now processing as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Identified - Our MPC technology provider is currently investigating an issue that is causing a partial outage on our /convert_withdraw, /withdrawals/estimate_network_fee, and /withdrawals/locked_network_fee endpoints. During this time, delayed withdrawals will be queued to be sent on-chain automatically following issue resolution.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will share updates as soon as we can.
