We have implemented a fix and have seen new transactions being processed successfully. We are still working on resolving the impacted transactions.

Investigating

We are investigating delays in processing trades and which is impacting convert_withdrawal crypto transactions. Requests to our /trades endpoint may also return an elevated error rate at this time. All impacted transactions will be confirmed on-chain once the incident has been resolved.
