Our MPC technology provider will be performing an upgrade as part of the upcoming Shanghai fork readiness. The upgrade will occur on April 2nd, 2023, at 8AM UTC.

During that time, all activities on the Ethereum network will be halted for 5-20 minutes. Withdrawals submitted during this time will be queued, and will be sent on-chain following the completion of this maintenance period.

No additional action will be required from platforms submitting ETH & ERC-20 withdrawals during this timeframe.
