Scheduled Maintenance - Database Upgrade [PROD]

Zero Hash will undergo maintenance on Monday, April 20 at 10:00 UTC to upgrade our databases in the PROD environment. The estimated duration of this upgrade is 1 hour.

All domains in the PROD environment will be unavailable during this time, including the following endpoints: /liquidity, /convert_withdraw, /withdrawals, /deposits, /accounts, /fund, /participants, /rewards, /awards.

Additionally, our FIX gateways will be unavailable as well.

During this maintenance period, all withdrawals, trades, account funding transactions, ACH transactions, and participant onboardings will not be able to be initiated. Any in-progress transactions (deposits and withdrawals) at the start of this maintenance will be completed following the maintenance period.

All services will return to full functionality at the conclusion of this maintenance window.
